Here at Revel Treats by Tora G. I love what I do and it is my mission to meet your individual needs! If in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please contact me immediately so that your concern can be addressed. Changes to this policy are subject to change without notice and it is expressly the responsibility of the customer to remain updated on all policy changes.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds would be able to be issued under the following circumstances:
Order Placement Error: If you placed an order on the website in error and reach out to me within 24 hours of placing the order or at least 1 week prior to the date the order is needed.
Dissatisfied with the Taste of the cake: If in the unlikely event that you are displeased with the flavor of your order, the cake would need to be returned with no more than one slice missing. This request MUST be received within 24 hours in order to be considered.​

Refund Process:
If a refund is approved, you will receive the refund to your original form of payment within 3-5 business days depending on your bank. All refunds will be minus the applicable payment processing fee, the exact amount of this will be advised.
